Shipping

Tracking email is sent upon shipping. Please check your email or your account page for tracking link.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding holidays within Palestine.
The total shipping cost are a reflection of the total value of your order.
Ben Noah cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHOD/COST
DOMESTIC locally within Palestine.

Cost: Typically Exact pricing is calculated during checkout. our shipping cost is Fixed for 1 piece or even up to 20 piece.

All packages within the Palestine are typically shipped with Local Express Shipping Company which comes with tracking info, typically take 2-5 working days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL

Cost: Exact pricing is calculated during checkout.

All packages shipped internationally may be

Aramex Express: Fast transit time, Tracking, Best security, Take 5 – 15 working days.
Palestine Post: Take 15 – 45 working days
Ems Shipping: Take 8-20 Days working days

Note that working days not including customs delay or unexpected unusual delay due to unusually condition.

International orders may often incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges.

ORDER ISSUES, RETURNS, WARRANTY REPAIRS
MY ORDER STATUS

If you are asking for an update on your order, please know that we’re working down our list and that projected wait times are only an estimate. “We’re working as fast as we can to get your order out. Thank you for your patience.”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email – info@bennoah.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

QUALIFYING RETURN ITEMS

We do not accept returns on 

Custom or Modified items, including alternate thread colors.

Belts that were sized incorrectly by the customer.

Depending on the situation, we have been known to ship replacements with a restocking fee. Contact us with the problem, and we’ll see what we can work out with you. Thanks for your understanding.

We do not accept returns on International Orders.

INCORRECT ORDER PROBLEM

It’s possible that we may have accidentally shipped you a wrong package, or even the wrong color. After all, we’re only humans. We happy to correct the mistake. 

Custom Belt Orders – If you ordered a belt, and received exactly what you ordered and it does not fit, we are unable to accept a return. If we goofed on our side of the deal, we’ll always honor a replacement at no expense to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bennoah.com

note that belt size will not be exactly the same every time we make – 1-3 cm shorter or longer. our work is hand made after all.

Our returns and exchange policy is pretty simple. If you purchased a “Ready To Ship” item, you have 3 days from the day you received it to return the item. Item must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. When returning an item, Ben Noah is not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping.

Items purchased considered custom orders like Belts and Custom wallets and are not subject to a return policy. If there is a manufacturing error caused by Ben Noah, we will fix the error.

Incorrect belt sizes that have been confirmed by the customer are not subject to any kind of returns or exchanges. We do everything in our power to make sure you sized your belt properly but at the end of the day we cannot control whether you listen to us or not.

EXCHANGES
in Palestine We happily accept exchanges for unused items, but you are responsible for shipping costs to and from. email us for that.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to the long shipping time.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Quality Commitment

We build our leather goods with the intended purpose of lasting many years. We use the highest quality leather in combination with the time honored construction methods to create heritage quality leather goods.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
Some colors we dye by hand, this makes the uniqueness of the product is higher, and cooler)

some leather may have some tiny scars and scratches, its rare, because most of our leather is full grain leather.
