The total shipping cost are a reflection of the total value of your order.

Shipping policy

Cost: Typically Exact pricing is calculated during checkout. our shipping cost is Fixed for 1 piece or even up to 20 piece.

All packages are typically shipped with Local Express Shipping Company which  take 2-5 working days to arrive.

Refunds

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be handled directly through our delivery company.

Instant Cash Refund Guarantee (48-Hour Window): If you wish to return your order within 48 hours of receiving your package, Ben Noah covers the full amount of the order, including the delivery costs.

The delivery driver will pick up the package from you and hand you the full refund amount in cash on the spot at the exact moment of collection.

Late or Missing Refunds

Since our refunds are issued instantly in cash via the delivery company upon picking up the item, you should receive your money immediately.

If you have encountered any issues with your scheduled pickup or did not receive your cash refund during the collection, please contact us immediately at info@bennoah.com.

We do not accept returns on 

Custom or Modified items, including alternate thread colors.

Custom Belt Size 

Custom orders

Belts that were sized incorrectly by the customer.

Depending on the situation, we have been known to ship replacements with a restocking fee. Contact us with the problem, and we’ll see what we can work out with you. Thanks for your understanding.

Custom Size Belt Orders – If you ordered a belt, and received exactly what you ordered and it does not fit, we are unable to accept a return. If we goofed on our side of the deal, we’ll always honor a replacement at no expense to you.

Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy is pretty simple. If you purchased a “Ready To Ship” item, you have 48 hours to return the item. Item must be in new and unused condition.

Items purchased considered custom orders like Belts and Custom wallets and are not subject to a return or exchange policy. If there is a manufacturing error caused by Ben Noah, we will fix the error.

Incorrect belt sizes that have been confirmed by the customer are not subject to any kind of returns or exchanges. We do everything in our power to make sure you sized your belt properly but at the end of the day we cannot control whether you listen to us or not.

note that belt size will not be exactly the same every time we make – 1-3 cm shorter or longer. our work is hand made.

EXCHANGES

We happily accept exchanges for unused items within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping returns

Ben Noah covers 100% of the return and exchange shipping costs. You will not be responsible for paying any delivery fees if you wish to return or exchange your package.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but our delivery team will handle the entire process directly from your doorstep.

Quality Commitment

We build our leather goods with the intended purpose of lasting many years. We use the highest quality leather in combination with the time honored construction methods to create heritage quality leather goods.

International orders may often incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the import tax that your country charges.
